Benjamin Sessions is Project Manager/Principal of Texas Signature Design & Build, providing full-cycle delivery for development, construction, and real estate projects across Texas. His background includes industrial and retail development, multi-family construction, and single-family residential delivery, with hands-on leadership from early feasibility through entitlements/permitting, design-team coordination, procurement, and construction management.Clients trust Benjamin for a practical, owner-minded approach: clear scope definition, disciplined budgeting, schedule accountability, and consistent communication. He is experienced coordinating with municipalities and consultants to move projects through approvals efficiently and reduce surprises in the field. Benjamin also served on the Huntsville Planning Commission, partnering with city staff and applicants to evaluate site plans, rezoning, and platting with an emphasis on infrastructure readiness and long-term community quality.
Ricardo Rodriguez

Rico Rodriguez is a licensed real estate broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a general contractor, specializing in commercial sales, land development, new construction, and investment properties across Huntsville and Greater Houston. A Sam Houston State University alumnus, Rico has facilitated more than $170 million in property sales and brings a builder’s perspective to every transaction.While Rico’s broker license anchors his real estate expertise, his greatest value comes from being construction-forward—helping clients evaluate opportunities through the lens of feasibility, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and execution. He has led the purchase, development, and buildout of a coworking office complex and has developed and built in-town residential projects and Texas neighborhoods, guiding projects from raw land to completed, market-ready assets.Rico’s construction focus is primarily commercial and industrial, with deep attention to MEP systems, especially electrical and plumbing—the technical details that drive performance, tenant requirements, code compliance, and long-term operating costs. For investors, owners, and developers, Rico bridges the gap between deal structure and build reality, bringing clear strategy, practical oversight, and disciplined delivery from acquisition through completion.
Gerardo Rodriguez

Gerardo Rodríguez is a Sam Houston State University graduate and a construction-focused project manager with a strong background in residential technology applications and solar panel installation and management. He supports design-to-build projects from planning through completion, coordinating field execution, schedules, and budgets to keep projects moving efficiently.With hands-on experience working with municipalities, Gerardo helps guide projects through approvals, inspections, and compliance—bridging the gap between design intent and build realities. He has contributed to the successful delivery of residential projects by aligning trades, tracking progress, resolving jobsite issues quickly, and maintaining clear communication between clients, designers, and crews.Known for his practical, solutions-driven approach, Gerardo brings a technology-minded perspective to residential construction—especially where modern home systems, energy efficiency, and solar integration are key priorities.

With a diploma in BIM (Revit) and certifications in Photoshop and Illustrator, she brings both creative sensitivity and technical precision to her work.
